OfHouses presents “Pritzkers’ First Houses, part IV”: Aldo Rossi (Pritzker 1990) designed this rather surprising Loosian villa in Versilia in partnership with the architect Leonardo Ferrari. Although extensively published at the time, it has been since long forgotten, perhaps because it’s almost impossible to recognize in its design any of Rossi’s formal or intellectual trademarks.
